Welcome to Aachol Foundation. By creating an account, booking a session, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Services

Aachol Foundation offers Individual, Couple, Student, and Online counselling services. Our platform allows you to browse counsellors and request a session. Counselling is provided by qualified counsellors associated with Aachol Foundation.

2. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

Our services are intended to support your wellbeing but are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately, rather than relying on this platform.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account or booking a session.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• If you use Google Sign-In, you authorize us to receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google to create and manage your account.

4. Booking and Cancellation

• Submitting a session request does not guarantee immediate confirmation; availability depends on the counsellor and session type selected.
• We may contact you using the phone number or email you provide to confirm, reschedule, or clarify your booking.
• Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, so the slot can be offered to someone else.

5. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harasses, threatens, or harms our staff, counsellors, or other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data on the platform.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information when booking a session.

6. Confidentiality

We treat the content of your counselling sessions as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. Limited exceptions apply where required by law or where necessary to prevent serious harm.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, design, and branding — belongs to Aachol Foundation unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a reliable and supportive platform, Aachol Foundation does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
